Born in France, Arnaud has worked for over 25 years in global companies providing quality control, certification and international commerce services. He was head of various subsidiaries of the SGS Group in countries such as Argentina, US, Switzerland, Peru, Ivory Coast, Mali, Senegal and finally Chile where he was Regional Manager for the Government Services Division for the Americas. In this role, he led a restructuring exercise that included the set up of a Shared Service Centre, process optimisation and the implementation of a brand new quality system that got ISO 9001 certified in record time.
Before his current role with Global ITM, Arnaud was a Director for Clever Output, a boutique strategy consultancy based in Buenos Aires.

ALEJANDRO BARRERA

Born in Buenos Aires, Alejandro has taken various roles within IT areas throughout the last 15 years. He started his career as an ERP Implementation Consultant for the textile industry.
In 2000 he moved to Culligan, an American group with global presence, where he was head of the IT&Quality Department. In this role he built and led multidisciplinary teams with a remit to align IT systems to company’s goals; he also brought and rolled out best practices in process management. Among his key achievements are the ISO9001 and HACCP certifications and successfully leading the company’s strategy management through the implementation of a Balanced Scorecard. Alejandro is an Engineer in Information Systems and holds an MBA (IAE).

Born in Patagonia (Argentina), Martin has developed his career in business development and management in B2B markets in the telecom, technology and consulting sectors.
He started his career in 1993 working for Equifax and later on for Telecom Argentina. He lived in London between 2000 and 2008 where he got his MBA (London Business School) and was a Managing Director for the French technology group Altran. In Altran, he led the business and managed a team of 100, developing key business relationships with clients such as Vodafone, O2, Orange, Motorola, Ford and Renault Formula 1 among many. Martin is one of the founding shareholders of Global ITM and is highly experienced in Human Capital Management, especially in Technology markets.

IVAN CEVALLOS MOSQUERA
VP Central America and Caribbean Business Development
Ivan is an Ecuadorian professional; he holds a degree in Process Administration with a Major in Project Management obtained from Stetson University of Florida and Project Management from University of San Francisco, California. He likes developing new business, is creative, innovative and analysis oriented. 24 years of experience in swiss verification and certification company’s, dealing with diverse production sectors. He counts on a wide knowledge of the Central and South America markets. He set up operations in countries as Argentina, Paraguay, Peru, Ecuador and Venezuela. Ivan collaborates with Global ITM Consulting since March 2010 and is responsible for businesses development for Central America and the Caribbean.
